The Verde Valley Imagination Library is holding a FUNdraiser on April 18, 2026. It is the Casino Night at the Book Barn. It will be held at The Barn on UVX Road, 1095 Uvx Road, Cottonwood, AZ from 5 - 9pm. There will be a Silent Auction, the very popular Book Pull, Food by EDEN/Sedona Catering Co., and music by Sir Harrison. Everyone will receive $500 in Casino Chips to try your luck at Blackjack, Craps and Roulette. You will trade in your winnings or chips for Jackpot raffle tickets for valuable baskets which will be drawn at the end of the evening. One drink ticket is also included, and there will be a cash bar.
Tickets are still available but going fast, at $100 per person, you will be able to try your luck at the "casino games" and bid on silent auction items and purchase book pull restaurant gift cards. Your support will help us to continue to provide FREE books to children in the Verde Valley through Dolly Parton's Imagination Library Program. Children birth to Age 5 will be mailed a book each month to their home. The VVIL has been in the Verde Valley/Sedona for almost 10 years.
